Introduction

This may be a crazy idea considering half the time I already feel like I'm going crazy trying to keep up on "all of it" (household, teaching, parenting, etc.), but we're starting this blog in hopes of keeping our friends and family updated on the lives of our two amazing children and as a keepsake for our family. Both Joe and I have tried unsuccessfully to take time to actually sit down and write about some of the many funny, quirky events in our life. Both kids have a few (very limited) entries in their journals. We always enjoy flipping through and reading them, but they are too few and far between. It just seems that at the end of a long day, we're too dang tired to pick up the pen and journal and write it down. So...here's our attempt, whatever it may become, of "journal" our life as a family.

I'd love to add a photo, but we are sort of between two hard drives and don't have the photos transferred over yet. Let me rephrase that. The only photos transferred over are the hunting and fishing pictures. Hmmm...
